Through a critical reflection of different theoretical and practice-based methodologies, this final MA GD project aims to highlight and represent the discrepancies between Obama’s rhetorical drone policy and its realistic manifestation.
The design methodology for this project consists of subverted media footage and sensational LED signage. This decision serves as a means to exploit mediums of distraction or deception in order to advertise a largely unpublicised reality. A reality that, although available, is not easily accessible through the hegemonic media.
