Art Market San Francisco is a contemporary and modern art fair that visits San Francisco's Fort Mason every spring. Since this fair tends to have a youthful, urban feel I implemented a vibrant color scheme and bold visual treatment in the branding. This was reflected on the marketing materials such as the VIP mailers, print advertisements, trifold and gallery cards.

Market Art + Design is a modern and contemporary art and design fair in an expanded, museum-quality pavilion in the heart of the Hamptons. This fair tends to have a more casual, summery feel so I chose work by exhibiting New York artist Jen Wink Hays and Slovakian photographer Maria Svarbova as the centrepiece for the branding.

This was implemented on the marketing materials such as the VIP mailers, print advertisements, pamphlets and gallery cards.

The Spectacle of Power

Through a critical reflection of different theoretical and practice-based methodologies, this final MA GD project aims to highlight and represent the discrepancies between Obama’s rhetorical drone policy and its realistic manifestation.

The design methodology for this project consists of subverted media footage and sensational LED signage. This decision serves as a means to exploit mediums of distraction or deception in order to advertise a largely unpublicised reality. A reality that, although available, is not easily accessible through the hegemonic media.

Verge publication attempts to see how far the boundaries of sex in design can be pushed. This issue aims to highlight the problems that arise from a repressed society, converting that repression into a visual language.

It is divided into five categories; signage, media, products, fashion and zoom in. These categories include interviews, statistics and open-ended discussions that encourage the reader to question his/her context.
